A Shanghai institution for the past 10 years, sasha’s has created prime to cater to the more carnivorous of the city’s gourmands. prime will offer 6 different cuts of beef to compliment a tastefully crafted menu which hails Modern Australian Cuisine as its inspiration. Executive Chef Julian Robertshaw brings to prime the taste and flair of Melbourne, serving double cut veal chops and 450g T-bone steaks balancing out the menu with mud crab and barramundi.
